Core Stability Deficiency
You may often hear your trainer or fitness instructor to 'work on your core'. This is because Core stability is vital to improve your sporting and fitness performance, and Core Stability Deficiency also can be one of the causes of back pain.
What is Core Stability Deficiency?
Our Core Stability Muscles refers to a group of muscles, including the abdmonials, multifidus, and oblique muscles, that are linked to the deep back muscles and pelvic floor, and support the spine like a protective corset. Many of these core muscles keep your spine from twisting or bending to the side when performing everyday movements and athletic activities. When they are not working properly, as in Core Stability Deficiency, this can cause lower back pain, among other symptoms.
